1-Year Warranty

All POKODE products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.

Warranty Coverage 
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the product, including:
- seam separation
- hardware defects (detachment or breakage)
- material or workmanship flaws
- any other defects not caused by improper use


What Is Not Covered 
The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage (cuts, tears, snags)
- damage caused by improper care or use
- normal wear and tear
- color changes due to washing, sunlight, or chemicals
- damage caused by third-party repairs
